“Very nice hotel in a castle. Not easy to find without GPS ( some roads to get there were pedestrian), but once you know the way is very easy ( also depend from which direction you are coming). The hotel is quite big and quiet, nice breakfast and park around. Highly suggested ”

“Hotel pulito, purtroppo attorno non c'è gran che intorno alla struttura e la colazione in hotel costa ben 16 euro, prezzo veramente elevato considerando che l'offerta è abbastanza ridotta. ”

“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”

“Zwar besteht kein Kontakt zum Personal, jedoch funktioniert der Kontakt über den Chat einwandfrei. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, woraufhin der Service uns entgegenkam. Das Hotel würden wir wieder nehmen sofern wir uns in der Nähe befinden. Einziges Manko ist die Funktion mit dem digitalen Key - funktionierte nicht sofort. ”

“Prettige ontvangst en zowel de entree als het restaurant en de kamer bleken flink vernieuwd sinds ons laatste verblijf een paar jaar geleden. Al met al een hele verbetering met een fijne regendouche en nieuw sanitair in onze badkamer. Ook her ontbijtbuffet is wat handiger vormgegeven. Al met al: gefeliciteerd met deze upgrade! ”

“Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location. ”

“I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least...
