“Staff was fabulous !!! The location was very convenient. However, the room and property had some unexpected negative features such as, serious trip hazard (high step up) when entering the room without a safety warning, very low room lighting, limited and tight parking, roach visitor, lack of safety handles in shower. I choose Stayable because of the discounted costs, location, and my personal needs for the weekend which was just a place to sleep and shower so no real complaints, and again...

“I stay here often when traveling to Jacksonville. The staff is always friendly, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very convenient to I295 and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Thank you again for another great stay.”

“ Nice air conditioning, Hot water and it got hit quickly! Kitchen was clean but no utensils (we didn’t need or request any). Staff was very polite and friendly. Building is a bit older but kept up well. We stayed here a few months ago because we like the Deermeadows area.”

“The room was really clean. The hotel is going through a renovation but it didn't bother us at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the downtown. Great experience!”
