“We stayed here a few years ago and it was lovely and perfect. This year was different. It is still nice and clean but not the same. They remodeled everything and not in a good way. It just seems like they don’t really care now. The hot tub was not working and very dirty. The staff is great but very few staff. It’s just not worth the money now.”

“My wife and I stayed at this property for a 4 day stay. Property was fairly clean except for a noticeable spill of some mystery liquid in main room that had not been cleaned before checkin. Staff were very helpful when approached for anything. The property amenities are weirdly arranged in a way that really inconveniences the use of the 2 pools, gym, and arcade. Although the suites have the illusion of privacy, they are conjoined rooms and the walls are VERY thin, expect to here loud...

“The breakfast wasn’t appealing. Didn’t eat anything. The parking was tight and not enough spaces. The pool was ok but the where you lean on the edge was very rough. My granddaughter had a big red area with marks on her back from rubbing the edge. Asked for room service while we were out for the day to change the linens and all they did was leave towels. They didn’t even take the used towels. There wasn’t chairs at every room like in the pictures. We made it work for the three days we were...
