“Clean rooms but they put those terrible air fresheners in the rooms which were overpowering - had to put it out on the balcony. No heating, had to wear a coat to eat in the restaurant. Had to time the water heater in amongst the power cuts. So overall expensive for what it was.”

“Host Sunny is very kind and hospitable. He went out of his way to help me in many ways. The property is lovely, high above the city in the forest and a nice walk to the Bird Park and Rabdentse. Very nice in every way. ”

“It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience.”

“Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money. “This is a wonderful hotel. It is a family run establishment and everyone is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy. Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. ”
