Hotel a Norman Park

“Clean room, plenty of parking, easy to find the rooms, tv and lamps all worked, door dashers don’t get lost, easy to find the hotel. The PM front desk was a bit of a hassle. If you’re divorced and your last name doesn’t match your ID and form of payment, you will get the run around and sign multiple forms for charges and write down the CC number, etc… other than checkin, it was no frills easy time.”

“Was unable to check into my room as they double booked and sold my room. Didn't contact before releasing my room. Affected me and another gentlemen, they attempted to blame Expedia. Horrible establishment.”

“Ceiling light inoperable, only 1 pillow per bed, no toilet paper holder, no door chain, no night stand between beds, highway noise unbearable and the room smelled musty. Had requested king bed on line and got 2 fulls! Very disappointed!”

“I arrived on a Friday evening and the front desk man was very nice. He had a hard time with some of the computer systems and there was a line waiting to check in. Once he got my key, it was a smooth check-in process. Once in the room, the configuration was a little weird with a long, dark hallway before entering the actual room. “I was charged for a room I booked but I didn't get it the room was dirty had to buy a 50 $ deposit 79 for the wrong dirty smelly room. Then when I turned the air on it started making laid noise went n asked why my room is wrong n they didn't answer me but I tried to get a different room was told that they just rented the last two but yet there expida still had the same number of rooms n I walked around n counted over 20 empty rooms so I went n spent over 20 bucks on cleaning supplies n cleaned...

“We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again.”
