“The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented.
We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good.
As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well.
All in all a brilliant...
“This was my first stay at SixteenB. I was away with my friend for her birthday and this was near to the activities we were doing. I booked the smaller room. I did try to upgrade to the larger room but was not able to do so. However Olga did try to do it for me. I loved the smaller room though. It isn’t as small as some other reviews are indicating. “Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Child friendly, quiet hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. Rooms were clean and very practical for a family with one double bed and one sofa bed. Great location, two mins drive from park and ride which is an 8 mins bus ride into the centre of York. Hotel also 2 min drive to big shopping complex including Hollywood bowl and an Asda. ”
“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”
