Hotel vicino a Normandy Beach - Jensen Beach

“The hotel is surely nice, cosy and well furnitured. However I was a bit disappointed that the use of sunbeds at the beach ends at 5 pm...... The pool is nice but seemed three times its size in the pictures. Overall it was a good stay but at that price I would have expected more.”

“Parking a little tight, rooms clean with a decent renovation. Cable had a lot of issues. Breakfast was clean, mostly cold, but did include a pancake machine.”

“Bedsheet had a hole in it, but did look clean. The bathtub and bathroom in general are not in good condition at all. The microwave has not been cleaned. Other than that. It did look at least clean. I had stayed there once before the room was in a much better condition than this one, but this day was a little disappointing. For what they charge I would expect a little bit better conditions.”

“The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. ”

“Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. ”

“Very nice stay. We enjoyed the ocean view deck for our morning coffee and sitting by the pool for dinner. Our room was clean and comfortable. Although it appeared our door may have been broken into at some point(a bit scary). We would stay again...but there were some issues. Front desk staff did not follow up with request for missing dishes for our room, and a fire alarm went off about 4am and whole complex had to be outside for about an hour, there was no follow up from management.
