This would be a good option for multi-night stays and especially if you plan to eat in. I did have to ask to have the floors re-cleaned as they were not super clean on check-in but the property manager was very responsive in arranging that. “Our room was clean and spacious. We rented the “Gather” which is a little suite with two rooms with king beds, and 1 1/2 bath.
