“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right). “Breakfast menu was good with freshly cooked items and several other options. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey though so only had one drink. ”

“The staff were super friendly and very efficient. The room was clean, warm, quiet and very comfortable. The pub & restaurant have an amazing wine selection, a superb selection of excellent beers from Lacons and fabulous food. All in all, hospitality how you would want it and food how you would dream about it! Fabulous. ”

“We were staying for a wedding nearby. We arrived Friday eve. Our roo m was claen , warm and comfortable. Plenty of milk for tea and coffee. Good quality towels. We had dinner in the pub. Gorgeous. Fire was on and a few local dog walkers popped in. Graet food quality. Following morning we had breakfast - chef was Martin. So friendly and chatty. We were only breakfast party, so fely very bespoke. Great breakfast - quality bread and quality service. A little gem. Highly recommended....

“What a super hotel. I was on a business trip so this was a perfect place to stay. Extremely friendly welcome, incredibly comfortable room, bed was so comfortable. We were able to have a very delicious supper which is great after a long day of travelling. Very clean and delicious breakfast - only one complaint.... the coffee at breakfast was very weak! A super hotel! Hight recommend! ”
