“It's always a pleasure staying at the Hyatt house. Staff is always nice and welcoming. Rooms are clean and kept up. Breakfast is good on the weekends. I would suggest more seating during busy weekends. However they handles 3 wedding parties very well. They ran out of a lot of this by the weekday. Overall, I definitely recommend and will be back on out next visit to Raleigh.!”

“Stayed for 2 nights for graduation. We've been here before and enjoyed ourselves. Great outdoor area and indoor common spaces. This time, beds (for me) were a little harder than expected and shower head was very low. Didn't work for the over 6' guests! We were 4 people, and only had towels for 3 (not a huge deal, we got extra). Had dinner once at the hotel and my husband's $$ steak was thin and overcooked. Not the cut advertised. There was no coffee maker, nor plates, bowls, mugs, etc. there was silverware and a few glasses The bathroom had nowhere to hang towels, and there were only two hangers in the giant walk-in closet, and only one partial roll of toilet paper. “The staff at this location was so friendly and amazing. We had a hiccup with our airbnb and were able to snag a room last minute for the duration of our stay in Raleigh. So glad I chose this location. Rooms were so clean. Ours looked like it had been updated. Pool looked nice too! Will definitely be returning.”
