“Unfortunately as soon as I checked in I checked out ...Traveled 12 hours from Ohio got to the room close to midnight with my 3 children get checked in head to room no elevators tugging luggage upstairs all to walk into a room with roaches running rapid before I could get my phone out to record they ran underneath tje beds and the lamps on the table we immediately went downstairs to check out and notify the rude Indian man at the front desk who said we were lying and became very belligerent amd...

“Room was dirty. Condom wrappers, edible wrappers, and misc. clear baggies left in room. No working outlet by bed to plug in medical equipment or a cell phone. Only working outlet was next to door. Left and went to another hotel.”

“The first room we were given had little black bugs all over it under the sheets. The floor was sticky as if it hadn’t been cleaned from previous person. The second room was better but the front desk lady was rude when I went down to get a new room. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The hall ways were 80 degrees and smelled awful.”

“Traveling with spouse. We stayed at this location because it was near an event we were going to. We had a king room. Walk in shower with adequate water pressure. Room was clean, bed comfortable. “Staying at your hotel was really a treat. With you being off Holmes and 105th Street it only took me 20 minutes to get to "where the action was." I liked the idea that you had quaint residences right across the street. I enjoyed myself so much I extended my visit to KC by an extra day. The staff was all very helpful especially the lady working the front desk on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The cook/server was friendly as well. Please continue your fine work.”

The front desk seemed to be scrambling a little but said they had two open rooms. They told me it would be ten more minutes. “Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words. We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site.”
