“Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details.”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

“Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay”

“hotel nel suo insieme prezzo e pulizia tutto ok per quanto riguarda il personale muti non rispondevano neanche al buon giorno sorpresa nel finale quando abbiamo lasciato la camera ci siamo visti consegnare un conto telefonico di 420$ per aver chiamato in italia per 20 minuti ladri”

“Easy parking. Good TV channels. Nice hot water. Basic, but clean. We've stayed him several times. Best bang for your buck in the area. Also, very safe area.”

“Don’t book if you are bringing a pet and don’t want to pay $150 pet fee. We stayed one night and had paid almost $200. When booking on Expedia it said NOTHING about a pet fee (also it never had you say you were bringing a pet) so to be blindsided with a fee that was only $45 less than we had already paid. Basically we paid double what we expected. What a scam…I am all about the fee if informed up front…not when you have already arrived and have no choice. That amount is also insane for one...

“We booked an accessible room for my elderly, disabled parents. The bathroom was great, but the chair in the room was a bench facing the beds which did not allow tv viewing. The beds, though comfortable, were the only other option, but strangely, they were very low to the ground so my parents were unable to rise from them without assistance. At their age, there were several nighttime trips to the bathroom so no one got much rest. A microwave and Trophy Room menus in the rooms would be nice.”

“Staff were nice, the place was clean and cute. We booked this last minute when we got to the first place we booked and realized we couldn’t stay so it was a relief to find this at the last minute. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant and it was good. Close to UConn. ”
