“The room was not clean when we arrived. Trash, dirty towels, unmade bed. Waited 30+ minutes to get into same room, now clean. We ended up with a leaking ceiling after showering, the water was leaking out of the light in the bathroom and eventually the light actually fell down and was just hanging 2 feet below.
