“The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. ”

“Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”

“Most all amenities you advertised were a lie, no pool area, bad breakfast, bad staff, entire 6th floor smelled like weed, "BED BUGS" Outdated property ,bad light through windows Absolutely terrible experince you guys gave me never using expedia again thanks ”

“We had a lovely stay. The only comment i have is that several guest were swimming in the pool in their clothes (likely they didn’t have bathing suits) which shouldn’t be allowed. ”

“There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was...

“The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room.”

“Had a very busy day and this place was just right - close to Busch Gardens, many food options near by and very clean.”

“Look, if you're just looking for a place to crash/sleep when visiting Williamsburg and aren't too picky, or a "Karen", this place will suffice. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere. The property overall does not match the outside façade or lobby. The room was typical hotel "meh"...nothing exceptionally good OR bad about it. The "Continental" breakfast ended up just being orange juice and coffee. But the only real, legitimate complaints I can offer are that the pool water desperately...

“Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Our room had a water leak from the upper level into our tub through an inspection door. They said they had no prior knowledge of the leak and gave us another room. I know they had maintenance look at it after I told they about it. ”

“The breakfast menu was fresh and good. The A/C kept my room cool. The staff was very nice. Very pleased with my stay.”
