I understand the need for a night window, but hotels in general need to do a better job of making sure that the customer can hear what they are saying/asking - especially for us old folks who have hearing issues. Staff was busy playing on his phone, seemed to be a problem when I asked for things that should have already been in the room. Room had a mildew odor, but it was slight. There was hair in the bathroom floor. Bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, and we would stay again.
