“Place needs some upgrades. Seems more like a motel , not worth the amount of money charged ”

“The property itself and the decor are a blast from the past, complete with nostalgic smells from the era (not bad smells, just musty old wood house or apartment kinda smells). All the finishes were well-worn, but clean with no signs of bugs or mold. The room itself was very roomy and bed sheets were clean. The beds had a hallow feel that we didn't care for. We did not hear any noise from adjourning rooms, floor above, or outside. The front desk staff did give us a heads up that the rooms do not...

“Juice machine out of order. Could not contact hotel for shuttle from the airport. Men's restroom out of TP. No attempt to apologize that we had to spend $30 for an Uber from the Airport to the Hotel. We won't be back.”

“Toilet was leaking water at the base. Lamp in the middle of the room was plugged in to an outlet on the wall which put the cord in the main walkway as a trip hazard (I unplugged it). Key card maker was broken so had to stop at front desk every time we needed access to the room. They didn’t verify who we were they just unlocked the door before we got to it. Long wait to get door unlocked too. ”

“The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Nice stay!”

“There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.”

“Room was fine a little outdated. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. For the price the room was fine biggest issue was wifi. ”

“Did not receive maid service once in my 3 night/4 day stay. ”

“Our room was filthy! And when I called to the front desk as soon as I noticed everything, I was told there was nothing that could be done. She stated, all rooms were booked and she would leave me a card with the managers information to speak with her on Tuesday! This was a Friday when we checked in. The woman on the phone was very nice and apologized for not being able to do anything. I took pictures of everything. They have the time to show they were taken within 20 minutes of us checking in....

“Hotel was clean and rooms as well. I wish they would have offered free coffee in the lobby. They had Starbucks so was very pricey ”

“Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. ”
