“The staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent! Rooms were clean and expected amenities were there. We were there for a soccer tournament so location was great. The only hiccup I would say is that by 3:30 the next day when we stopped by the room to freshen up before dinner, maid service hadnt been to the room yet. I specifically let them know we would be gone for the day until later in the afternoon. I called the front desk and was told they were short on staff, I asked if they could just...

“Purtroppo attirato da alcuni giudizi positivi prenoto una notte. All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...
