The staff were very polite and accomadating to all our needs and requests . Rooms were very clean and everything in them you needed for a comfortable stay. Food was excellent . The reception staff i encountered were so friendly and lovely. The room was spacious and clean, the bar staff were friendly as were the spa and leisure centre staff.
