“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic other than the pillows. They were pretty flat but I did request to have an extra pillow because I normally sleep with extra and the gentleman ended up going downstairs and got me some brand new pillows which were perfect. The only area of improvement I would suggest is the Bistro was very tiny and essentially was transformed to Starbucks the next morning. “I think this was an old lake resort. The exterior is in disrepair, the pool is out of commission, and the decore is dated to the point of quirky. But, the staff is friendly, the room was immaculate, and it has an overall charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only recommendation would be for more pillows... there aren't enough on the bed to prop yourself up to watch TV.”
