Hotel a Northborough

“This is not a good inn nasty needs upgrade bad . Northborough is a beautiful area.”

“Had a toilet that didn’t flush every time, had to remove tank lid and jiggle the float system to get water refilled. Also the pillows were not very good, and the shower water pressure was consistently low. Everything else was great!”

“This hotel has a really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, location is quiet at night (even if close to the highway), convenient, lots of parking, and the breakfast has something for everyone. We travel to Auburn for work very often, and this hotel is a great choice. My only feedback: if you want housekeeping services, you have to request by 8am. “Beautifully refurbished 1854 home with so much heart put into every detail . Heather and Jason were such friendly and accommodating hosts. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning followed by a walk around charming Holden. We’d definitely recommend a stay here!”

“We had an excellent stay! The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. We especially loved the water slides—they were a lot of fun. The only downside for me was that the beds were too firm. However, if you prefer a hard mattress, you’ll probably find them comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place.”

“The staff was nice, it was clean, but it has a very bizarre smell. I think it might have been paint because there was painters tape still all over my room including covering some of the smoke detector. The bed springs were CRAZY. I was put in a two bed room and both mattresses were shot. If your primary purpose is rest and sleep, this isn’t it.”

This was full plates, warm food, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juice, fruit, yogurt etc. Very friendly staff helping with the buffet style setup. “There was blood on my bedsheet. So gross. The manager tried to give me some money back but because it was booked thru Expedia they couldn't. She gave me a snack bag and a late check out (which I only got because of the blood on the sheet- I asked before I noticed it and was denied) for my trouble. Assistant manager likes to say no to customers asking for things. On the bright side, the breakfast wasn't terrible.”
