“Very clean facility. Had everything we needed.”

“Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. Sure they had cereals but the milk was sour and the yogurt had expired too. We booked 2 nights and left after one. We woke up with such splitting headaches from the...

“Have stayed here multiple times in the past. This time started off ok. The breakfast needed more help the one person working was doing his best but was manning the desk and doing breakfast. True issue came second day when we woke up to the entire hotel not having hot water. Was told it was the city's fault! I never heard of a city that sends hot water directly to any building. We were here for a graduation along with probably all the other guests. Was not able to shower for the event. ...
