“The front desk workers on the way out were kind and sweet. They asked about our stay and had smiles on their faces. However, the lady during checkin was not friendly. And she didn’t offer to help or find someone to help me get a crib up to our room while I was tending to my daughter in a stroller. Another guest offered to help me get the foldable crib and my baby w/ stroller up to our room. She was it was our responsibility to get the crib up to the room. “Loved the beach, rooms are spacious and very clean. Highly recommend the balcony rooms, you can watch dolphins day and night. You can get everything you need at the hotel which is nice because traffic is Hell! Be prepared to be around lots of young children but it’s a large enough space that you can spread out and the walls are thick enough so that crying children or barking dogs are minimally audible.
