“Parking lot was difficult to navigate into and out of at night due to lack of appropriate lighting. The refrigerator was rusty and had mold on the inside of the door. The room smelled like mildew. We had reserved two nights, but after one night, we checked out and went to a different hotel.”

“Parking was on the street. It did not feel secure. The area is industrial and it was very dark. The is one actual parking place that is the handicapped spot. The listing says free self parking, which is technically not a lie, but it is VERY deceiving. Im from the area and i would not have picked this place if I knew the parking situation. Parking is almost NEVER an issue and I was very disappointed. ”

“Clean rooms, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Modern decor. Away from the hustle of Destin but easy access to all stores and restaurants that we enjoyed. Breakfast was a nice bonus.”

“The room was well maintained and had an excellent view of the Gulf. The staff was help and friendly. Just a walk out through the pool area and you stand on powder white beach. Beautiful!”

“Beach access is great. Breakfast made to order instead of continental was delicious. Pool & lazy river very nice. The hot tub is a hot mess! Overrun with little kids & NASTY! It was brown & never could get in due to children anyway. The seating area outside is lacking in music/entertainment. They only lit one of the two fire pit tables so everyone was huddled around the one.There is an outside bar area that has music but you can’t here it in seating area over the pool & a/c noise. They never did...

“There was hair in my tub, it won’t drain so you stand in water while showering. The sink had a dark ring around the drain. I took a rag a washed it, left so hopefully they will catch on to clean it. For the price I expected more! Bed was old, not comfortable at all. View was beautiful! ”

“Pros: Pets are allowed and welcomed. The staff is really nice and provided what we asked for. Cons: Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the blanket was really thin more like a sheet. The bathroom was not maintained properly and bath tub was slippery. ”
