The staff were welcoming, talked to us about the parking, and chatted to us about where to find some great restaurants (within easy walking distance). It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Even better, it was just down the road from Haruru Falls, which was spectacular. We loved going on a walk along the river. We felt very much at home in our little cottage. “It a very comfortable motel, you have what you need in a structure that is not new or fancy, but good enough to welcome you well. We spent three night here, and we are satisfied. The staff is super welcomed and very gentle and you can ask what you need if you don't find it. Very clean. I think we can come back again in future. Thanks ”
