Hotel vicino a Northside Dog Park - Richmond

“Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades.”

Avevo scelto questa struttura perché mie figlie volevano divertirsi in piscina, invece non c'è niente da un bel po' di tempo ma le foto e le indicazioni dei servizi continuano a mostrare "piscina all'aperto".”

“Clean and modern. Safe area. Close to restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to downtown. Only annoyance was one of the two elevators being out of service. ”

“The staff here was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint i have is the walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the next room and people walking above. ”

“It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you.”

“Classic historical hotel. Recommend staying in the garden area in spring. Very nice staff. Adorable cat Annabelle greets you in the lobby. Safe location. Bed was very comfortable. ”

“All was good except the elevators. Only one of 2 worked and I felt very uncomfortable riding it as it did not go to the correct floor and shook violently when stopping”

“Perfect location downtown. Easy check-in. Rooms comfortable and very clean: excellent! Coffe and tea in the lobby: wonderful... And romantic atmosphere. Thanks all the stuff.”

“Room was in terrible condition. Floors were ripped up, paint was peeling off the walls, tried to get towels and they told me they had none. No one was ever at the front desk or answering the phone. They also don’t offer housekeeping on the weekends. Our toilet stopped working and instead of coming to fix it they handed my husband a plunger and told him to try that. Do not recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”

“We had two rooms. Room 512 had a nasty odor. It was very difficult to be in the room, let alone sleep. We kindly explained our situation to the front desk receptionist and she absolutely refused to change our room. We had not used the room or unpacked. She said the best she could do was have the maintenance man 'spray something'. She even told us that the hotel was not full but she could NOT offer us another room. We will never stay at Candlewood Suites again.”
