“The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! “This is a hidden treasure! So first class! Beautiful room, immaculate everything, gorgeous linens, just right pillows. We had a suite and the little kitchen that was beautifully equipped. Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh fruit, hot food freshly made, delicious! I was impressed they welcomed pets in this beautiful place. Staff so professional and friendly!”

This is a high volume hotel so I understand keeping each room clean is a challenge but if the staff can’t keep up with the current workload then more should be hired. “This hotel was so nice! The rooms are a comfortable size! We went here for a family graduation and the location was perfect too! The staff was super nice and helpful i would stay here again! The free breakfast was the best the kitchen ladies were amazing!”

“Everything was clean. The staff was helpful even though I did not read how to get on wifi that was right in my hands. Staff, Tom was sweet and explained it for me. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to.”
