“Great location, great hotel ”

“We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. ”

“Rooms falling apart. ”

“Breakfast was overrun by people and the staff couldnt keep up with food or even coffee.”

“Pool timing was upto 10 p.m. but was closed at 9 p.m..”

“I loved this property because it was in a secluded location and they allowed me to check in prior to three. the room was nice and the front desk staff were pleasant and offered me suggestions to visit the town.”

“The kitchen staff very rude. The housekeeper never cleaned our room . ”

“Hotel fuori Washington, ma comodo per raggiungere la città in auto, posizionato vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Camera comoda e spaziosa. Colazione da migliorare, aggiungendo frutta fresca e yougurt”

“The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience. ”

“One night stay, visiting for an event — so not much time spent ta the hotel or interacting with staff. Bed was comfortable, room and breakfast area was clean. Location was near the event. Condition was as expected of a 3* tier of a national hotel chain, no more and no less.”

“The staff are so friendly and nice! The hotel is new and very nice, the rooms are big. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.”

“As always, the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. Of all of our stays we've only evet had one issue. That was with the AC and it was addressed immediately. We stay typically several times a year. This is our go to when we are in town.”

“We decided to stay overnight in Washington DC... Other hotels was much more expensive. This look nice and it is nice inside, not perfect but good rooms. And 25 min drive from Washington... So if you in same like me position- to save money and exploring. I recommend this hotel.”
