In regards to the bedrooms, unfortunately none of our rooms come with air conditioning, therefore during Summer and warmer days we advise our housekeeping team to keep the windows open before a guests arrival to keep the room cooler and we also ensure fans are in every room. I am aware that there was a wait at breakfast Sunday morning. I apologise for any inconvenience this caused. I am pleased that the staff dealt with this in the best way possible. I apologise for any disturbances you encountered. The parents were called in each room and this was handled by the reception team as this was not acceptable behaviour.
