“広い部屋で連泊を楽しみにしていましたが、椅子にはシミがいくつもあり座る気になりませんでした。お風呂は酷く汚れており、歯ブラシで掃除をしました。お湯が10分ほど出てこなくてしばらく使用してない部屋なのではと思いました。 備え付け家具は綺麗でしたので利用しました。 期待はずれで気持ちよく過ごせなくて残念でした。”

“The hotel located near the train station, with many restaurant and stores nearby. Most of the hotel staff are in well-mannered, but they provided the incorrect information about the parking. The parking fare is 1,200 yen per day instead of 800 yen. The hotel offers laundry facilities but they are always occupied, clearly it insufficient for the number of guests. The room is clean if you do not look up, I found insert bodies on the ceiling, some towels also had red stains on them.”
