“They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.”

“I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”

Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all.
