“Staff is not really helpful”

“I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. Very comfortable clean room with small kitchen that was perfect to reheat some leftovers and enjoy tea in the morning. It’s in a great location for access to downtown shopping and restaurants. There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. “This is the worst “hotel” we have ever booked. The property was NOT a hotel at all. Maximum could call as Motel! There was No front desk, in stead, it just has a little closed, steer protected space to let people check in. Before our family moved in, I saw a guy angrily came out that little space with complain that he couldn’t check in due to time passed even he paid full.
