“We checked in late at night due to traveling, the girl checking us in was super kind and friendly!! Parking was easy, and close to the expressway. The room was decent, bed skirts were a bit dirty, but bedding themselves were clean. Showers and bathrooms were clean, as well as towels. We needed to get back on the road early, so we did not stay for breakfast. ”

“The check-in process at the desk was painfully slow. The lobby, meeting room, and restaurant were shabby and outdated. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. We got to the room and the beds were slept in and unmade. There were wet towels and garbage everywhere. The room clearly hadnt been cleaned and also smelled. We didnt end up staying and got a refund.”

As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). “Pulled up to girl yelling cussing and smoking in her robe in parking lot, turns out was the receptionist. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others. “Comfy bed, spacious room. no elevator, bagel and yogurt fine for quick breakfast. Couldn’t check in when arrived. Lady said system was down. Left and came back and then was working. She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL. Not coming back. Don’t need the hassles after traveling all day. ”
