“Clean rooms, very Quiet, easy parking, laundry room clean machines work well ”

“Swimming pool was inoperable. No Continental breakfast anymore. Elevator was dirty. 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and marijuana everyday. Walls were dirty. There was a rude female employee that saw me standing in the lobby area and demanded to know my room number without any greeting. I gave her my info and she just looked at me like I was lying to her. I noticed a small car in the parking with flat tires. 3 cars of police came one night for a disruptive guest. And last but not least a BED...

“More like a man camp than a hotel. Didn’t have the room I originally booked. Room they gave me was gross. Everything sticky. Asked for a refund, front desk claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t think she even knew how to process a refund in the first place. I left the property.”

“Hotel was clean. Staff did not clean room in a timely manner and provide clean towels. I didn't know it was a requirement to request staff to clean room and make beds”

“Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online.”

“Way better than Hilton any day. The free breakfast was amazing. Hilton I've been to make you pay for that. Were due to stay with you guys again in July. Also loved the van service to the casinos. I was able to enjoy myself more and not worry about driving”
