“The hotel is very clean, extremely quiet, and the staff is among the best. The service is excellent, it’s a great place to stay, and there are many shops nearby”

“Always my go to hotel to stay at! The rooms are nice, with the balconies and the hot tub and spa area is amazing!!”

“Hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was good. Staff for us were nice. Pool area was clean not too crowded. My only issue. The mattress had No mattress cover, and we always check for bedbugs and it had a few stains on the side.”

“Place smelled of smokers and mustiness. Shampoo dispenser empty. People at breakfast filling their water bottles out of pitcher intended for cups , directly contacting the pitcher while refilling plastic bottles! ”

“I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean. The sheets hadn’t been changed as there was some small blood spots inside the sheet and some ash from someone smoking marijuana in the room. Overall, the stay was amazing. Would stay again. Only thing is cost of breakfast. I feel like complementary breakfast for the cost of the weekend is a must.”

“Camera pulita, personale cordiale, colazione negli standard delle strutture dello stesso livello, comunque accettabile. Buona soluzione per visitare Chicago, 20 minuti alla Willis Tower. Improponibile per chi vuole muoversi con i servizi pubblici”

“We wondered why we had the pool to ourselves, couldn’t get in it was FREEZING! Rest of the hotel was nice”

“I booked a double queen with a pull out sofa, and all they could offer me, after quickly cleaning a room and taking 30 mins, was a double full with no sofa. Eventually brought two pull-away beds. Terrible experience!”

“No me gustó la limpieza, no terrible pero se ve que estaban escasos de personal, nos lo avisaron desde que ingresamos. La atención y la ubicación fueron excelentes”

“Staff were very helpful and professional! Breakfast was good each day. The location of the property is convenient. The room is spacious. There was no pool. The drier in the laundry room was broken. Our room had a smell that refused the dominance of Fabuloso… Overall score 4 out of 5.”

“No lo recomiendo para nada mi experiencia fue mala el primer día llegué y me querían dar una habitación con mal olor al lado de otra donde había una persona muerta y la policía estaba ya allí mucho olor a cigarrillo en las habitaciones se metía todo ese olor ai habitación mucha gente rara drogadictos en fin no lo recomiendo para nada muy mala la experiencia”

“Un'ora per fare il check in e conto alla fine sbagliato. Dopo 6 ore stanno ancora lavorando per risolvere ”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Your basic run of the mill hotel. Staff were courteous and professional, however my only complaint was that my remote in my room seems to be out of battery. When I called to possibly get new ones I was told that only a maintenance worker would be able to change the batteries. Maybe enable the staff to resolve minor issues in the future.”
