“Nice oasis type spot. Resort fee is too high as there is no cable or satellite TV, that hot water in the shower was only warm . Besides minor issues and the very high resort fee it’s a quiet and comfortable stay during the week and good location”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”

“The pool was closed. Not entirely sure why since I didnt ask. This extended stay is great. All the front desk staff with supervisor Mrs. Lovely and the GM Ciara have been bery professional and courteous. I have been staying here for 2 weeks I think now. They are very understanding and will help in a way that is fair.”

“The hotel staff at the desk was rude. The room had trash on the balcony with used cigarettes and dirty towels. The rooms smelled bad. The elevators were dirty. The hotel staff were rude and mean. We would never stay here again and recommend no one else stay here.”

“In se tutto perfetto però l’unico problema è stato che la porta per entrare in camera era difettosa e dovevi aprirla con la forza, il cassetto centrale dove c’è la TV rimane sempre aperto non si chiude, meglio dire lo puoi chiudere e 10 secondi dopo te lo ritrovi tutto aperto. Come ultima cosa, a noi purtroppo si e irritato il water di sera verso le 11 una volta chiamata la reception ci hanno detto che l’indomani verso le 7 mandavano qualcuno ma non è arrivato nessuno solo dopo che noi verso le...

“Struttura bellissima, colazione abbondante e ottima, puizia super ok. peccato la porta del bagno non chiudesse e la vasca fosse rovinata. Nel complesso una super struttura dove tornerò sicuramente. Personale splendido. Le ragazze alla reception fantastiche e sorridenti.”

“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”

“If you're expecting a hotel with a pool, think again. THE POOL IS CLOSED notice everywhere to our surprise when we got to the hotel. This wasn't written anywhere while booking our room, the crazy part is that this hotel appeared in my search when i selected ''with pool''. The Room itself is clean and pleasant, but the hotel garden could be maintained in a better way. Staff is helpful and location is great.”
