“They are renovating the 12 floor right on top of our room the drilling noise wake us up before 8 am. Also the mini fridge was not cold enough for the insulin, 2 ice machines were out of service I had to order to 7 eleven uber eats a bag of ice to make sure the medication didn’t go to waste”

“We were so upset when we checked in. I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We got there and were told that it was closed. There was no mention of the pool being closed throughout the booking process.
Additionally, the breakfast was just ok. The food was cold and there were not a lot of options. I expected a little bit more for the price we had to pay for it.
The room was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. ”
