“If you want an exceptionally safe place. And amazing cleanliness. This is definitely worth a stop. They absolutely make you feel so welcome you want to move there or vacation at the least. What an amazing town. ”

The door lock was busted off, the smoke detector was detached and resting on the table with wires protruding from the walls. The bed sheets were covered in various bugs and hairs. There were lines of dust imprinted on the sheets, in the pattern of the mattress topper. I went to please ask for a refund and I would just keep driving down the road. “This is a motel not a hotel. 8 stars is misleading in that it is very far from being a hotel. It is a good place for a cheap price but the rating is high for something that is just "good enough". Torn curtains, beat up old mattress and faulty tub faucet. View from window is the back of someones car. Otherwise staff was very nice.”

“Linoleum floors in our room. Red stains on the bedspread. Brown stains on the bed sheets. The room was shabby and not well cleaned”

“It was a wonderful hotel. Right off the interstate which was great. The only two things I didn't like were the back door where you enter did not lock like it said, and our door was not really shut all the way even locked. We felt safe the beds were comfy it was very clean it was a great stay”

“Very pleasant and helpful manager. Property is rather worn but looks and smells clean. Comfortable bed and good sheets. Decent breakfast. Did what we needed for an overnight stay on a road trip.”

My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. “This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic.
