“The staff was very helpful but the hotel was way understaffed. On Saturday night, could not get anyone to serve drinks or provide ice. At other times, the front desk was overloaded during check out time. Parking is overpriced. Room needs a box of Kleenex, and possibly a refrigerator. Pillows are all pretty hard. Location is excellent for shopping and access to airport, freeways and even downtown through the street car service.”

“La camera familiare ha un divano letto davvero piccolo e con un materasso molto sottile. I miei figli hanno dormito molto scomodamente. Avevo prenotato 2 camere doppie e mi hanno offero la camera familiare che ho accettato ma lo scambio non è assolutamente alla pari per i motivi di cui sopra. La camera era molto calda nonostante avessimo spento il riscaldamento, abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte a dicembre. La colazione è stata deludente per un 4 stelle con un giudizio altissimo come...
