“Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. “I think everything was great. My only complaint is that there was a weird loud noise that would come from the air conditioner when it would kick on. Otherwise, it definitely worked. Everything was very clean. The staff (and I mean every single person I came in contact with) was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!!!”

“SeaLoft is a good hotel right on the beach for a reasonable price point. Our room was not pristine (the shower and bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly) and our air conditioner was not working, so we had to spend one night very warm until the maintenance gentleman replaced the ac unit in the morning. There was also a long period of time where we confirmed no one was at the front desk after calling with no answer for about 20 minutes and then going down to try and speak with someone. We would...

The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day.”

“Checked in and found a clogged drain in the bathtub and the door sweep was worn away. We went to the front desk to let them know and are very pleased to say it was fixed within a few hours! The air conditioner was quiet and worked very well. There was a sparse amount of silverware in the drawer which I blame past tenants, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.”
