Hotel a Ocean View

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“Everything was great, except trying to check out on a Sunday around check -out time. They were at least 8 elevator doors, but it only seemed that 3 or 4 were working. We were on 7th floor trying to go down to Casino/Lobby and every Elevator going down was full when it opened on our floor. After waiting 20-25 minutes, we finally had to get on an Elevator going up to eventually get back down to the Lobby. It was frustrating, but the staff at check-out were apologetic and understanding and we did...

“Our room closet did not have any hangers. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was a disappointment. The staff did not clean the room unless you requested it. It would’ve been better if it was at least done twice that week since we stayed the full week.”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”

“We found old candy wrappings shoved in shelves. Basically seemed like the rooms were swapped and beds made. We have a 1 night stay. To walk in to sleep after driving 3 and half hours and see a dusty fridge and wrappers all over made us upset. Would not recommend.”

“Very very clean room, staff is awesome, air conditioning is like a ice box. Breakfast is perfect (plenty of food). Couldn't ask for a better hotel at that price”

“Cute, comfortable place to stay at shore for a great price. My daughter & stayed one night, wish was more! Super cute newly remodeled room with cozy beds & great TV. Walked to Crab Trap for dinner & diner for breakfast-both steps away. A/C worked great. Will b back to test the pool, only regret- no time fit it in!”
