“I paid for a suite expecting full amenities, but the experience was very disappointing. The property is in poor condition and lacked the amenities advertised. The website looks great, but it’s misleading—the reality is very different. The room had issues ranging from foul odors to a moldy bathroom. Staff also seemed unaware of room conditions or availability. Overall, not the quality I expected.”

“Broken elevators, no AC in halls, pool absolute atrocity. Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with this property. Not even a bathtub, just a shower in room. Will never stay again. Downtown Hilton Capital is the one to beat if you par at the levee. ”

“Nice overnight stop for a roadtrip. Rooms are big. Breakfast included and nice staff. ”

“Filthy room, staff was okay. Came home next day to vomiting and diarrhea. Probably the filthy room. ”

“Nice, feels homey. Room was clean and definitely apt feeling. Fireplace outside not working, has food and ants everywhere. Front desk doesn’t know. Pool even though indoor was not heated and impossible to get in that cold. Again staff doesn’t know but says well some people use it. Makes sense since we did not see any for 3 days in pool. Trash left in hallway for those 3 days and never picked up. Laundry room dirty.”

“Staff excellent but I shouldn’t have to deal with staff if room was in order. They need to sell rooms for the pool. The pool is the ONLY thing going for this place, not open all day. It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. It had a sink in the middle that was supposed to have a dishwasher. Was an empty space where dishwasher was removed and not replaced. There were two screws poking out that scratch the...
