“The shuttle to casino was great,pool was good amenity....Only thing the Breakfast was barely edible”

“I booked a room for a substantial amount of money because my 90 year old father was in the hospital with heart issues. He was supposed to be in for a couple days. A couple hours after I booked the room, he was surprisingly able to be released. The hotel manager was very uncooperative about even listening for my refund request. I had just driven 13 hours straight from North Carolina. I expected a little compassion and empathy but apparently he wanted to get the ridiculous amount of money and then...

“We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups.”

“Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, nice hot breakfast and easy parking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Only complaint was that there were a lot of rude guests that were loud and disrespectful. Quiet time for the hotel isn't until 11 pm and other guests were in front of our room on the covered porch area drinking, smoking and playing loud music and talking on their phones on speaker until close to that time. That was the only bad experience, which since they technically didn't have to...

“The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)”
