The staff member we spoke with was helpful and acknowledged our concerns, but was unable to issue a refund. We decided to leave for our own peace of mind and called back later that evening because we were told the night staff had the authority to process refunds. The next morning we were packing the car and the staff wouldn’t let me back in due to the dog. I walked around and went in the main entrance and he threw a fit about the dog and said the registration for the service dog didn’t matter that there are no pets allowed.
