“The elevator is NOT working. The lobby is closed and has plastic tarps up to block it off. Construction material is sitting by the front door. The front doors don’t always open and are supposed to be motion activated. The smoke alarm in the hallway had plastic covering it and was taped off with painters tape. Carpet is ripped in the room. The breakfast area was in a hotel room with NO hot breakfast. People were having a yelling match outside of our door early in the morning. The front desk...

“Wife woke up to getting bites on her. Got home and found a bedbug in our luggage. Sent pictures of bites and bedbug to hotel. They said they had a exterminator come and did not find anything. Said the pictures were not of their hotel because of countertop and paper towel the bedbug was in. Of course it wasn’t taken at hotel. It was taken at our house when we found it as well as pictures. Hotel has 0 customer service. Saying we got a bedbug from our volleyball tournament. Wow were they serious. A...

“There was no ice ANYWHERE in the room or building, no coffee packets & no cups. Roaches when when I walked in the hotel & in the room. No phone. ALL OUTSIDE DOORS lock at 11p (you can go out but not get in). This was not a good experience!”

I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...

“We had to stop for a night on our way from Pittsburgh, PA to Lexington, KY and opted for Comfort Inn for the price and for the swimming pool... A good choice! Clean and COMFORTable!! We will be back if we need again!”
