Hotel vicino a Ohio Valley Mall - St. Clairsville

“The staff was phenomenal. Even at check in the front desk person told me my floor but not my room for safety as to not announce my room number out loud which I really appreciated especially traveling with small children. He went above and beyond when I needed an extra blanket and even let me pick mine out. I got 3 hours away and realized I left my Apple Watch in the room, called back and they put it in the safe for me! ”

“Clean room, staff were friendly and helpful despite working nonstop during snowstorm. They were constantly working to clear out snow with just shovel and broom. I saw them after greeting guests they jumped right out to clear snow. What a hard working folks that night when we pulled in. ”

“Stayed here twice- both times pleasant experience- staff really friendly, rooms clean and neat. Great location across from BW3 and downtown St.Clairsville. Near mall, gas stations, etc. Free breakfast is nice. ”

“A reasonable room rate and low pet fee make this spot ideal. Always a good experience for my Boxer. Quiet neighbors and a nice grassy spot behind some outbuildings make it an easy walk. Premises are kept up and clean.”

“We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. ”

“On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!”

“Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Besides the front desk lady being really this place fell very short on expectations. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. ”

“The common areas were very clean. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were ALL very friendly and nice.”

“This is a lovely place to stay. The room smelled very fresh; and overall the property was in very good condition...except for the road, of course, due to the big trucks that travel that area. It was worth the price for a comfortable bed and fresh shower in the morning.”
