“Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. ”

“We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment. It was so nice to have three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area was large. The kitchen was well appointed. "La sistemazione è in una posizione comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Per il livello di comfort offerto il prezzo è un po' alto ma prevedibile in una località svizzera in piena stagione. Tuttavia dobbiamo segnalare un doppio errore: prima ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno al doppio del prezzo previsto. Per fortuna ci siamo accorti e ci hanno accordato il rimborso (senza scusarsi). Un errore può capitare, salvo che al check-out la tassa di soggiorno ci è stata chiesta nuovamente. Ho dovuto fare vedere gli addebiti sulla mia carta di credito per evitare di pagarla di nuovo!"
