“Overall, the hotel was quite good and very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and we had to turn it off completely in order to fall asleep. We stayed one night each in Kamloops and Kelowna, and in comparison, the overall service in Kelowna was much better. “No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. “The layout of the room was fantastic. It was very spread out with an incredibly comfortable king sized bed, bench seat and desk area. The bathroom was well lit and had an abundance of towels which was appreciated.
