“The property was very inexpensive, clean and had the common amenities. The furniture was cheap, in ill repair and sparse. As we stayed only one night and it was convenient to our route, our go-to restaurant, and led to a new way out of town, we will probably stay there again as we only used it for sleeping and the price was good.”

“Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again.”

“This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The...

“Excellent staff and my only complaint is that the window in room allows air through during high winds. Appears someone tried to use duct tape to block it but didn’t work.”

“The facility is getting a little worn but it is clean and the staff was friendly and the price very good.”

“The room it self was great! It smelled like Pine-Sol! The AC worked great! The staff was super nice! But.. The bed however was awful, it was rock hard and the pillows were paper thin!”

“I chose to forego my payment (at that point it was non refundable) when I got to the property. It was not safe or clean. We paid to stay somewhere else for our one night in town”

“I came in from Texas and it was a long trip. The location was further in than I expected but when I arrived it was nice. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the cigarette smell punch that hit me in my face as soon as I walked in. I understand its also a casino but it wasn't pleasant at all. I don't smoke. Everything else was good. My room was clean and did not smell like cigarettes. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the Rez restaurant was great. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”

“Clean and quiet”

“Buffet breakfast was good, beds, A/C great. Salvador at the front desk was quick and super friendly. Unfortunately, no cups or glasses in the room, and the shower had such poor water pressure as to be unusable for washing hair.”

“Per il prezzo pagato (34 dollari circa una stanza in due ospiti) non ci aspettavamo chissà quale qualità e pulizia ma, tutto sommato, una notte là si può trascorrere. Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“Our room faced the highway so we needed earplugs to sleep, the room was hot when we arrived but the ac kept up well once kicked on. TP was see through but plentiful.”
