“This is the first time Expedia completely failed me. The motel was horrendous, in a terrible location and remarkably neglected. The photos on Expedia’s site looked nothing like the actual hotel. If I was not so disappointed, it would have been humorous. We could not stay. Had to find a different place to stay and pay for a second hotel. In addition to the area being frightening, the room was disgusting. And hot. Expedia should disassociate with this establishment immediately. Way below...

“Wasn’t a bad stay- wasn’t great either- hotel looks nice- rooms are huge- needs more cleaning as there was a nasty looking stain on the rug near the sofa and the floor wasn’t swept (no carpet)- the elevators were dirty- they allow dogs so the smell was awful in the elevators along with wet floors from the guest coming from the pool I assume because it was before the rain came… we have allergies and being inside the elevators with the dog hair and smell was awful- overall stay was ok it was only...

“Room had holes in ceiling, hair in bathroom floor, roaches constantly running across bathroom sink and dresser. Door wouldn’t lock, had to throw my whole body into it to get it to close. Only one light in room worked. TV had 2 channels. Room smelled like Chinese food, bedspread had burn holes all over it and sheets were stained so bad. AC only worked on low. And they only give you one key, made me pay $5 for a second key. Room next door to mine was flooded and they wouldn’t move the girl to...

Front desk lady gave us 5 or 6 new cards each time that card didnt wirk. Finally after going from room to thr front 5 or 6 times the maintance man came let us in and moved us to a nither room.
