“Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Provided great local food recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy location to Crater of Diamonds State Park ”

“Apparently, they don't know what handi-capable is. I couldn't get in the tub to take a shower. I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to pull myself up off of the toilet. The pictures of full breakfast are a fraud. All the had in the office was coffee, pop tarts, a toaster but no bread, oatmeal with no hot water, no fruit or dairy. The only thing good was the mattress, it was comfortable.”

“Breakfast was very good as was the desk staff. ”

“Air-conditioning was turned all the way to 60 degrees and the room stayed hot”
