“The owners are there everyday. The staff is friendly and very custimer focused. The standards are high and the inn has a great history and is lovely. It felt more like being a house guest than a customer. The restaurant was an outstanding choice for dinner and accommodation for vegetarians and allergies were taken into consideration and excellent meals with tasty desserts and great wine and cocktails now has this on our summer spots to visit!!”

“The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre. ”

“Excellent motel. Very convenient for visiting museums in the area. The breakfast was incredible…tons of organic fruit, yogurt, cereal, healthy breads with toppings including peanut butter. Owners were kind and helpful. They even encouraged us to take fruit for the road. The only negative was that the pool was not open.”

“The owner and Inn Keeper are both wonderful. So accommodating and gracious. The room was lovely and they were thrilled to let our pet goat and her baby graze. The breakfast was amazing. A huge property to take care of but everything was point on.

“I had an amazing experience. My room was upgraded and it was an exceptional space. The included breakfast was delicious. The only thing that had me on edge when arriving is that I was the only one on the entire property, I arrived after 4pm so I was left a key but there were no other guests which made me feel uncertain. Everything worked out great and I felt better once the rest of the guests checked in. Truly an amazing place and I will come back!”

It has views of the mountains to the East from the back patio and it is located only a couple of miles from the shops and restaurants in downtown Manchester. Your hosts serve you an excellent breakfast each morning of your stay that is included with you room rate.”

“What a nice, vintage place - yet very clean and not shabby at all! I enjoyed sitting on the porch. A breakfast place is nearby. I thought being so old, there would be thin walls, but it was so quiet! The bed was comfy and the shower was so great, I took a picture of the shower head to get for home. I would definitely stay here again if in this part of Vermont. ”

“It was acceptable for one night, but the key was a little worn and hard to use, the mirror on the door is not usable, and the room smells terribly like old cigarette smoke, mattress had a plastic protector cover, made it hard to sleep peacefully.
It’s a quaint historic motel. Fixing these things would make it even better.
