“I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! ”

“A truly wonderful stay over the festive period. The new spa is lovely and room 452 was SO quiet and spacious, highly recommended. The only downside which I pointed out two years ago is that the shower lets the room down as it’s not powerful enough and looks dated too. A short taxi ride or lovely walk into the centre with everything you could wish for. Please note valet parking is £39.50 and the Soa £45 per person in addition to the room. Staff were happy to take our bags, when we arrived well ahead of check in, in fact all the staff whether in reception, breakfast or in the bar were polite and professional. Thought the rooms were excellent and very comfortable, huge comfy beds and spotless. Just enjoyed the layout of the hotel very relaxing with a nice atmosphere, overall an excellent stay and will definitely be back.”
